What Is Electrolysis?

In simple terms electrolysis decomposes (eats) your cooling systems metal components as electric current passes through it.
 

Practical Electrolysis Applications

The industrial use for this process is metal plating, such as chrome and gold, to protect the underlying metal from corrosion. There are many uses for electrolysis as well.

For instance, the chemical process can create beneficial gases like Hydrogen and Oxygen.

These gases are collected for other uses such as the welding and medical industries.
